at the moment i'm using a computer where i cant go on SFO, so i cant go the the top scores list, can i go to the top scores list from this board?

i searched for my name but i cant it says that my name's not been found, why is that, i used to play and i used to be able to view my position in the high scores list

Well the rankings are always changing. Its not as if people stop playing when u do. You can be surprised at how much ur rank can fall if you don't play for even a little while, but rank's not important dude.

Thats just a genuine glitch/bug. Its only temporary though.

Well, it seems like if you have a "old account" and you didn't log on to it by April 7th, 2k4... well, your account doesn't exist anymore =/ ... I'm 70% sure thats why you can't login...

..try creating the exact name you had again..or just get a new name...

Just make your game reloading again just empty your cache it. I already given you the link. Some how I dont think that will work estest. If you it says your using the old version of the game then click on tools then internet options then delete files. Are you behind a firewall or router?

If you're behind a firewall, here some information I can give to you.. but If you have a Router, well... you won't be able to host or challenge.. but you should be able to join games and accept challenges.


1: go to "Options"
2: click "NETWORK"
3: and check the box that says, I'am behind a firewall or a proxy
4: also, check the box that says, old connection mode (for firewalls)

..also, you can try typing in AUTO.. where it says Local IP...

(note: all this information is located inside the game)

if theres more than 1 web page up on my computer, does it matter on which one i press delete files?

when i click delete files theres something else that comes up, it gives me an option of whether i wanna delete all offline files or not, should i click say yes and then press ok or shall i leave that and just press ok?

i tried by not saying yes to the 'Delete all offline content' but it didnt make a difference to the game

Try deleting all offline content as well. A router is basicaly like a modem but its meant for multiple connections for use at any time. So say you have a computer and a laptop on a router, you could use either whenever you want, without confliction.

Well you may have a firewall. A router is not a type of computer its just another type of internet connection.

i tried alicking on the firewall thing on menu but still doesnt work

a fire wall is kinda like a wall that stops ppl from hacking into ur computer and help stop viruses and stuff like that

it works by closing all of the ports on your computor but the bare essentials. ports are like doors or windows but a firewall locks them, sfo doesn't run on one of these ports left open so u won't be able to connect with others. one way to play with the firewallon, is to go to the firewall settings and open up ports 1626 and 1627. if youdon't kno how to do that, then change the settings on sfo under the network tab, and change the primary port to 80 or 8080 but u will only be able to fight if youchallenge someone and they click to use that port too.

Well if you dont know ifur pc has a firewalla ask the person who bouhgt u the computer. A firewall is basically a security program which prevents hackers form getting into your computer.

if i dont have a firewall, shouldnt i be able to get into the servers by NOT clicking the firewall thing?
