How do you put banner or url in signature

just wondering how to put a url or banner in your profile/signature. please help!!!!! ???

....hmmm, put [ U R L = whatevr][ I M G ]whatevr the banner properties are[ / I M G ][ / U R L ] (don't include the spaces for those codes)

EDIT: to put just the banner, all you have to do is [ I M G ] whatevr the properties are [ / I M G ] (like i said, don't include the spaces)....
