When your in the menu, click start and then you are in a chat menu click on join game to see a list of games or click host game to host a game yourself.
then wait for players.

you can challenge some other player by clicking his name and clicking quick fight, or something like that. i can't remember. pathetic, huh

Well, I really don't know what the problem is, but ill start from the beginning...

If you can't load the game, then the problem is that, you need a Shockwave Player. You can get that at www.shockwave.com for free!

If you can laod the game, but don't know what to do next, then follow these instructions:
Wait for it to load the shockwave screen. Then,
wait for it to laod the game. Then,
Click OK. Then,
Go to options and change your menu, KEYS and stuff!
(Choose: Music Off, Slow Mode, and NO Background to reduce lag, trust me, you'll need this).
And Click MENU/BACK to get back to the main screen.

Once on Main Screen, Click START and and then Choose the server, (I recommend the first one, thats where everyone is..).

If you wanna fight someone 1 on 1, then click on their name and click QUICK MATCH to have a 1 on 1 ass kicking.

Or if you wanna have:
1 on 1 Tag,
1 on 2 Tag,
2 on 1 Tag,
2 on 2 Tag or even a 1 on 1 normal again... then go Host/Join a Game, by clicking on them...

If you host a Game, then you will egt options like: Timer Off (Unlimited Time), Server Off (if you only want certain people to get in, then let them come in and close the server so noone else can get in, and even if someone does, you can always KICK them if they dont leave by their selves) and Helpers On/Off (Your helpers..)

But if you Join A Game, then the Host will do everything, you just wait until everythins set...

And to learn to do moves and stuff, on the main page ( http://projectx.cyberfuturism.com ) and click on Fan Section or something, the best site to go to is, www.senshukentaikai.com but its down for a while...

But I can tell you the basics(By RYU) though, and here they are:
Normals
Down, Foward + Any Punch = Hadouken.(fireball)
Down, Back + Any Kick = Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku.(spinning kick)
Forward, Down, Forward + Any Punch = Shoryuken.(Jump Uppercut)

Supers
Down, Forward + any "2" Punches together = Shinkuu Hadouken.(Big/Super Fireball)
Down, Back + any "2" kicks together = Shinkuu Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku.(Sper spinning kick)

And the Extras which work for any chr.
Call Helper = Middle Punch+Middle Kick.(Works in any mode as in, quick match, 1 on 2 2 on 2..etc..)

Call out your Tag Partner to perform any move of his choice = Low Punch+Low Kick.(You have to have a Tag Partener..)

Call out your other player or partner if its 2 on 1 or 2 on 2 = High Punch+High Kick.(Tag Mode..)

Tag Mode
Variable Attack = Down, Back + High Punch and High Kick together. (Both of the players on your side will come out at same time to do any moves...)

Crossover Attack = Down, Forward + High Punch and High Kick together. (Both of the players on your side come out and do a super attack..)
