It says my credit card number is allready in use and i never even used it here please help

No none use the computer I think someone might have forged it and i would want to know if theres a way to make them automatically remove their vip so i can be vip

Its probably because someone in your family created a paypal account already with the credit card number you have. Ask them if they ever used pay pal to order a product off of the internet before.

Make sure you didnt order anything off of the internet using PayPal before and didnt notice.

then someone must av took ur details and used it. You can phone paypal and confirm ur details then block the account before ne thing dodgey happens.
