um does this like happen to every one cause every time i turn off my com and turn it back on i have to complety dl the game again and thats nt working for me -_-

use the DL version if you don't want to be loading every single time if your cache is set to clear it'self on shutdown. also a good thing to use the DL version if your on dialup :biggrin: major time savor :)

what?? that doesn't make any sense...and it pretty stupid comment. if you want to load every single TIME then go ahead and use the web version...if you want to load ONCE and only once(only update when there is a new version with rhe patch) than use the Downloadable version :biggrin:

can you log in on the web version? if you can then your missing one file in the DL version...that's why you can't login

not home at the moment...but check the folder and see if there is a multiuser32 or something like that file. i'll repost the correct file name once i get home :biggrin:

It's called Multiuser.. and it's under the Xtras folder. Check if you've got the control.dll extension file there also. :biggrin:
Basically, try and redownload all the files as if you've not gotten any of the files before, and try again... but if all fails, I say stay with the online/web version and check here (http://nosoul4evr.cyberfuturism.com/knowledge/knowledge01.html) as NoSoul4Evr said, to optimize your game so that you don't have to reload the game completely when you log in.. until a new version comes out :biggrin:
