Sfo problem - Please help

I know that you have to unlock the characters in the story mod by getting a set amount of wins buy why cant I use the characters that are already visible such as gambit, juggernout and rogue? They are at the character selection screen but there in black and white. Please help me someone.

Tm hasent made those charecters avalible yet. He has alot to do including the up coming event DWX.

ive been playing the story and i cant get any characters.I know i won atleast 5 matches so i should get a new character not sure who he is but he only needs 5 wins.I played through the last 5 story twice both losing to bison and I played through the dawn of rage forgot when i lost tho but still alltogether thats more than 5 wins whats the problem.

did u play story mode and won 5 times...cause that wont unlock any characters because u have to fight ppl in games..just go to the servers
and if youwon 5 times against ppl and u still dont get any characters then their might b a slight problem so email TmyApp
