I need help w/picking v.i.p. colors for characters

I paid my $ to become a v.i.p. and I received a confermation e-mail from the XvsSF Team.

Now when I log in however it doesn't show me as a v.i.p.
Also, how do I select v.i.p. characters when I am in game play. My forum name is the same as my login name "Irishhunk".

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

You might have to wait a day or two and it'll probably show up and if it doesn't show up after a week I think someone can help you out if you go to the chatroom. I don't know about the VIP character thing because I'm not a VIP yet, sorry.

ok there are only 2 vip charaters now eryu and symbiote spidy if u want eryu pick ryu if u want symbiote spidy pick spider-man and u got 2 wait a few days for the vip member thing 2 show up

I got my perks the day after I sent the money. Perhaps some are just lucky and some take a while to reap the benefits of VIP perks (Gee, that took a while trying to say UNLUCKY in a nice way ;) )
