[ can't login ] - Official discussion

both the Authentication and Top-Scores servers are DOWN !! (not to mention my email server, and EVERY other service hosted on my end)

... what can i say... nothing new here...

NO ONE will be able to login or submit/check their scores...

if all goes well, all this should be fixed between now and this friday...

i'm not sure if/how this will effect the next release (it will probably be delayed)...

don't bother emailing... everything will just bounce back till this prob is fixed....

all you must do to log in is to load the game and refresh your browser (by pressing f5). then you can log in

its kinda funny, i remember these types of things happening so much that I dont think much of it, but I guess a lot of ppl haven't been introduced to the types of prob's that occur in this game. Man, i remember back in Jan. when anyday the server could be down and the Bugs section was loaded.....I mean beyond belief some days! Lately it seems no one else can relate to those days, eh? Well, TMyApp, take all the time you need, push back the update a month, just do whatever you need to do. Take a breather and just relax. We'll still be here whenever everythings runnin' again.

I can only log in at the Web Site,but i cant login the downloaded one,it says on the d/l, i have a outdated version.
are you updating soon?

we're back up... and everything is working as it should once again :biggrin:

if you still can't login, clear u'r cache.. resetart u'r computer... etc etc etc

with some luck, we MIGHT still have that "new game update" this weekend :biggrin:
