How do u get missing characters?!?!? - Im sorry i am a noob but i just cant...

i just cant help wondering how u get the new dudes. does 5 wins mean u have to beat story mode 5 times or something??? post here im confused

TO get characters that are in RED and have the win number on it, Win that many matches in MULTIPLAYER mode.

If you are talking about grey characters, YOU CAN'T GET THEM.
