i can't get to work the game i clicked on start and it didn't come up could u tell me whats wrong

Try clearing your browser catch(on Internet Explorer go to tools then internet options then click under where it says "delete files" under "Temporary internet files" and clear your history it might help also) and then try agian or you can use the d/l version.

or just press F5 it cleans the catche
