goto google and type in the pic u want and then use like paint shop pro or something to modify it

here is a good site, fighters generation (http://www.fightersgeneration.com) it has all kind of characters from most fighting games.. some good programs are paintshop pro, and adobe photoshop 7.0... there are newer versions now, but that's what i have...
