I have a little problem - Downloading

this may sound a little stupid, but everytime i go to street fighter online, i have to wait a lot until it downloads. is this normal?

Oh and one thing.. check your internet tools.. under the general tab and then settings. Make sure the "checking of new pages" is set to Automatic.

That should happen because sometimes the game loads slow.
