Need help with this stupid popup - Weird popup appears that freezes my sfo

When I run the SFO.exe program, a small popup appears after several seconds (and it changes each time I try to run it) and it says this:

Shockwave
Internal error:Unexpected failure while compositing bitmap member 2 of PLAYER-CAST 7.

After this popup appears and I click OK, the program just freezes. I don't know what the problem is, I downloaded every file on the site twice (even the .dll file) and I closed off my firewall and my popup blocker. Sorry if this topic has been brought up before, but thanks in advance to anyone who helps me out with this problem.
BTW I wasn't even able to make an account because the popup appeared before the intro was finished and it freezes before it finishes. I really need some help, so I'd appreciate anyone's help.

clear cache, restart computer...

to do this, go to your Internet Explorer

1: click on "Tools" at the top
2: click on "Internet Options"
3: click the "delete files" button
4: restart your computer

before you try to do what bob said try to refresh your bowser and see if it works and easier way to refresh "f5"

yeah.. oh yeah.. f5 will not refresh the game, if you have the downloadable version of the game :biggrin:
