Help - Downloaded version problems

I got the downloaded version of sfo. Any time I want to play it has a pop up saying sumthing about a bitmap. And when that does not happen and i am at the character selection screen it doesnt work no more. Help me plz.

If Travon's "help" doesn't work.. I suggest you re-download the game.. If that doesn't help, use the web-version, and the cause of your name "not working".. It could've been the authentication servers.. They might've been down at the time.
