Server connection lost! why?

Everytime I host or I join..and the person or me starts the game it freezes and then it says Server connection lost....Why is that??? COuld any one help me? PLEASE help..wut to do? :0

You are behind a firewall and/or router. There is not much you can do about it.

If you're behind a router, you cant host..
