Do you mean the people in the red box that says *Blank* wins to unlock?...If so, get 35 wins to unlock them all...If you mean those with the gray box, well they arent in the game and need to be voted in, and created..

how do you get the wins you need for them?

ok... click start, then pick a server... if you want you can host and let ppl join and start the game. or join a game, meaning you join someone else game where the hoster starts the game and chosed between 2v2 , 2v1, 1v1 tag or no tag. another one is when u go to the chat and click on someone name in the list and click quick game :D. enjoy.. if ya have any question what so ever, pm :)

yo its easy to win charecters go fight anyone in the chat if they want to fight you just say any one want to fight and they might respond or quick game you or they might say host a game all you have to do is beat the people you challenged 35 times and you will have all the charecters like if you want sentel win 5 times if you want chunli win 10 times if you want walvy win 20 times i think for cyc|ops its 30 and for spider its 35 so all you have to do is challenge other ppl and beat them

when you get them do you keep them even if you log out?

But if you want to play dirty, there is a small bug that lets you play as anyone(Put in the game that is) without any effort.

When you login put all the letters into caps or change some of the letter into caps. After a few tries you should have every character unlocked.

Enjoy it while it lasts.

ive never heard of that bug, i think you might be thinking of your vip name, cause when your under it you get all chars.

actually you get all characters and new moves for ryu and spider man and you also get a green color for your characters

Actually it works. I've done it myself. You're doing it wrong. You have to do it more than once. Keep changing them, put them all caps, put half of them caps, etc. It does work.
