Controlers - Need info on adding control game pad

sup im new here so if im posting in the wrong place just let me know.. anyways i have a wingman action pad that i would love to use with this game.. its my fav game btw :) is there anyway that i can use this pad inconjuntion with the game settings?

its been asked a lot of time to add gamepad to this game, and it will eventually be in. but for now it there is only one way to play with gamepads, tho mine didn't even worked.

there are softwares you can find that map gamepad buttons to the keys on the keyboard !
this allow you to play with your gamepad just like you would on your keyboard.

on software i know is for GRAVIS controllers and its the software that comes with the controllers.

search the web you should find in no time !

thanx but.. i got it working with my pad software.. except for one thing.. how do i manage to jump verticaly? back and forth, i can only walk back and forth and able to jump but i cant jump foward, is this how the game is created?

Stick to a keyboard, kid.

And no you should be able to also jump forward and backward.

can't agree more, playing that kind of game with a keyboard sucks big time...
tho it can't be helped, other things always get in the way and the gamepad availlability gets lower and lower on the to-do list !

maybe GRAVIS will help better then my pad's program.. if not then hmmm i might just be able to code someting up in python.. if i do then i will let ya know.. thanx for your replyes

Using the keyboard for me is super easy..i cant see wat the problem is..
