Neeproblem whit the explorer game

i have a problem when this version of game when you login in you need allow a persimision i prees allow and(don,t ask allow future accest by any movie ) . all battles i win .. but in the rank i lose plz help( sorry for my very bad english) :(and sorry for the worng title :p
