Losing health fast... - With faster cpu's

Is everyone else experincing this .....ppl with fast computers lose health alot faster than those with slower computers..!?!I'm not sure if this is lag but.Has any one eles noticed this cause its a problem... 70% of the matches i lose are becuse of this problem so tell me anyone else noticed..?!

I guess since faster pc's or connections uploads faster then they can upload the other opponent attacks faster than the 56k user uploading their opponents attacks.. sound confusing?.. lol..

i guess it also means how *powerful* your pc actually is.. some people's game card is alot better than others getting a better fps.. and lag usually relates the distance between both opponents..

This has happened when I fight people sometimes whos computers are really fast but my pcs in the middle so that has never happened to me.

Vash you just contradicted yourself. First you said it Happened to you when you fight some one with a fast computer, Then you said your comp is in the middle so it never happened to you? Is it just me or does that make little sense?

Ahh yes, People often whine that my health doesnt go down... I just dont get hit, they may see me get hit, but it just doesnt happen... I guess my 56k has a hard time keepin up...

Yes, i think he means SFO, cause i've experienced it as well., since my PC is really fast.

i run a 56k, and a fast computer, and i STILL lag.

i dont think it has o do with computer, more with connection.

depends on connection and virtual memory.

Thats y some 56k users totally own..


They have a laggy connection. but because they have a lot of virtual memory. they have a high FPS....

thats when you get some great laggy Ryu users.

This is a so very true topic.. i have a AMD ATHLON XP (512 mb of ram).. if you catch me real good with a special,. im gone... even when i had dial-up, my health still went down fast.. i lose alot of health and sometimes its just from punches and kicks.. LOL ^_^

Killer Xstant comp also, (AMD ATHLON), he loose power fast also... high FPS kills :biggrin:

Same here..,if my opponents catches me without missing atlease with 2 specials..,i'm almost dead!!.. :(

This topic is so true. i lose most of my fights because of this. i hit them and then there health does not go down. after the game i asked them if they got hit or not and they said they dodged my attack. this really frusterates me. and the people with higher ranks are usually the most laggiest (not all of them of course some of them actually got skill ;)) but i mean really if your playin of a 56k or regular dsl... it causes hell with us guys with fast comps with cable internet.

Best way to stop people who get behind you with lag is I've found usen ryu's tornado kick super quite affective :laughlong:
Best thing I can come up with against lag hungry high rankers heh. :laughlong: but when someone with a slower connection is usen spidey and he super jumps and spidey kicks behind you, you see spidey in front of you but in a split second hes behind you..... I hate when people with connection speed like that can do that lol.

It all depends on your skill. How good are you in observing what really happens in the game between all the flashes and dissapearing acts. How good can you listen to the hyperjumpsound and the special powers anouncing sounds. How fast can you react to this. How good are you at predicting your oponents next move. Lol haha you fools!!!
That is what makes the real difference between those who think they hit you and those who don't get hit at all!!!

wtf...its not the PC mostly...i have a fast PC so what i still loose more health..because of the speed connection difference...try this software Speed Gear go to www.google.com and type download Speed Gear this software kicks ass..it goes so fast when u play Ryu does hadokens like he shoots from a machinegun
