Html and banner help - I'm offering help :)

I've noticed alot of ppl are starting sites and demanding help, so I thought I could help out :). I've been learning HTML for a year or so, and could help with that. Also, banner software cost $$$. (Paint Shop = $50,Photo Shop = somewhere around $500 for the full instalment, Photo Suite = $40, Adobe Photo Shop = $500, ect.) I don't have all of these, but that I'd make a point. N E way, just ask me for help, okay? :D (I can maybe do a gif banner if it's reasonable.)

PS, I've started school already, but I'll try to help you as soon as possible.

Like I said before, read the old topics and lots of your question will be answered but I'll answer your question......U search for a pic of your choice then U copy the URL and put it in your signature............or if U want the pic under your name, U go to your control panel.......and in avatar options.........U can select from the avatar that are already there or U can search for one on the web........as simple as that
