If they have sponsered you, you probably did something wrong and took away your perks. If not probably the mods or admins (not sure) took it away, good luck next time.

If you're running on the DL version of SFO, your problem could be -- Before the log-in screen comes on.. "You Can Now Play The Game" window has to come up. Then you log-in. You should have your perks then.. and always.. always.. type in your name the right way..

TMyApp knows everything.. I don't really think you'll need a SCREENSHOT to prove that you're VIP.

May I ask, in what times? When you join a tournament or clan and you need proof that you're one? I'm sure if he TMyApp need a screenshot, he will ask for it.
