ANOTHER SUGGESTION FROM.Andre3000(OK) aka BOBMARLEY.

it would be kool to pick our on boards to fight but just the boards for street fighter like the ones on mame street fighter it changes to fire it is so koool...and also it would be tight to knock people off the board to another board..lol

well, knocing out people to other Stages would be... kinda hard to make in such a game. tho its only my opinion !

but here is the idea... how about making the stages different each rounds ?
like that exploding fire stage in the XMvsSF game ?
you know the one will all the gaz tanks and when you finish the round and the next start they all explode then the fight resume in a hell fire like stage ! i think wouldn,t be too hard to make or load.

as for the stage select, well i always let it on RANDOM anyway, but yeah i think a stage select screen would be cool to have !

Or like the cop stage where after you do 3 air combos in one spot the ground breaks and you fall into the drain stage.

I don't really think it'll be that hard for the fire stage. I mean it's just a simple transition, with some animation. =/

it could be possible but i doubt Tmy could do the stage where u are fighting on the streets with the police cars in the back ground. And every time someone lands on the road a crack appears until it finally just gives away, and u find ur self and enemy down in the sewers.

Now the one with the fire could work Tmy did do the music like in the game if someone on ur team died teh person who pops out it starts to play his or her song. And u do notice when u kill someone or die the music will change like in XmvsSF

seriously, the ever changing backgrounds are too much works resident evil !
the one stage i talked about shouldn't be very hard to implement !
in a nutshell, it consist of this...

- KO
- SECOND ROUND STARTS
- PAUSE THE GAME
- PLAY THE BACKGROUND CHANGE ANIMATION
- CHECK TO SEE IF BACKGROUND IS CHANGED
- RESUME THE GAME

nothing much to work on here !
its like changing music in during the fight, we already have that.
if he made his animation routine well he shouldn't have much problems making the background change in between rounds !

so i suggest you stop saying to much work for tmyapp, even on things as simple as changing a background !
in brief, stop kissing tmyap's ass by always saying, too much work and then quoting him on something he never said anything about !

seriously...
the breakable background or the knock off the stage thing really is a pain in the ass to make. but the in between round change is easy as 1, 2, 3 !

as for the MK FATALITIES, yeah, kid, go play MK if ya want that, this is a fighting game not a DESTROY YOUR OPPONENT and KILL HIM EVERYTIME GAME, if you're in need of blood, go play some UT2K3, you'll be greatly pleased by the blood and gore level of the gameplay !

seems kinda odd... i mean, why would the stages be "just switching" every round ??

it makes sence for Raging Infero, but that stages has quite a few frames of animation in the background when it is set on fire... still, it can be done

about same amount of work as adding a new helper (myabe a day's worth)

.. the stages where the ground "breaks" however... now THATS a lot of work... (since the engine does not support them yet)

the work i wouldn't mind doing however is for the Shumagorath stage in MSH ... since it would be nice to have one level where u couldnt' get "stuck" in the "corner of death"
(but, thats more work, so, we'll leave that for .. maybe.. later this year) :biggrin:
