well, it has been a while since we had an update... so, why not break that trend with a post about the first SFO event ... ever !!

what is it ?? what will it be ?? when will it happen ?? ... well, i think i will let all of you speculate about that for a while (except the date, thats... already posted) :biggrin:

... unfortunately, due to my somewhat "busy" schedule l8tely, i don't think we will have any updates until DOR (although, we are having some problems keeping the chat servers up, so, u never know)

as for the event itself... well, the only thing i can say is that it will be as big as NOTS, but not as big as DWX :biggrin:

... have fun guessing the rest (trust me, whatever you will come up with, you will be wrong) :biggrin:

also, since everyone loves to re-use my crappy logo's in their work (which i dont' really mind) all 3 versions are linked above...

SNK, DBZ Chars, forget them, this will never happen !
DBZ cannot be taken in because of the graphics, none of the games except perhaps the ARCADE GAMES could be taken to make such charcaters possible with the game we have now, and again, no emulators emulate these DBZ games well ! i know i have them !

in any case, by the time we get there, a new character can be possible. so is a modified version of the char itself, but i rather like the VIP modded chars we were suppose to have.

we need SHADOW LADY, she harder to make but still is a modded version of chunli !
SENTINEL PRIME, its already int he game, but i never saw what it does different except for the colors !

Maybe,Apocoplyse will be added as a secrect character since Apocoplyse is the only thing stronger then Akuma. *I think*If not then its going to be bison and shin bison for the vips .Or maybe were getting juggernaught as a new character since TMy said before "If Juggernaught would of the charcter vote we would of gotten him ALOT quicker".

Sybyrd, a "beast form"? C'mon now, maybe if DOR was coming out in aprill 2084, I would believe you. The rage meter is too far off the original to be implemented.

Anyways, perhaps it has something to do with Venom? Venom's a bad guy, he's a helper, and even has some moves currently implemented via black spidey.

Some time ago TMyApp & leftyfb were going to add.

M.Bison,Sagat,and Vega.

He still probally is.More than likely he is just putting the final touches to them.

I'm pretty sure we will be able to transform into our alternate ego's during battle.

(Like a rage gauge...same as that variable gauge)

I've been doing research an a possiablity of it being Ultimate Rugal.

A character made by capcom and he is much in the same boat as dan hibiki....on ownership....

But I believe Capcom has rights to ulitmate Rugal.

Also the way that Akuma image looked it was like a drawing from when SNK and Capcom had there little verse series.

So TMyApp could be considering to get characters from capcom from which those games which were SNK vs. Capcom....but then...

that's because the Trust between TMyApp and VIPs was broken long ago...and it will take time to get it back...maybe even never to able to get full trust back..

as in... no one of the normal members was suppose to know that SHIN AKUMA was also coming along, yet everyone k####efore all the vips actually knew about it !

so again... at that time, we VIPSW paid entirely all ofus paid for what a few ####s vip did, so now we get to have no more info about matters that we normally would be informed way before you !

it is already good that we had that little bit of info... because TMyApp himself started his post int he vip section with something in the likes of this...

"Took me some times to thik about the fact that i will give you this info. i guess the XMvsSF incident didn't make it easy and i didn't want anymore of it to happen so feel lucky that i'll still give you this..."

Thing is, whether or not the VIPs get back any atom of trust from TMyApp, we'll never attain the level of respect that everyone had for the VIPs back then.. During the days of yore (early XvsSF) being a VIP was more about being a larger part of the community... now it's all about being able to use Shin akuma and Evil Ryu to annahilate weaker characters.

Sorry if I came of a little too harsh but that's just for the info of those in the dark.

That aside, I guess we can get back to the topic at hand, The Dawn of Rage... I see happy faces in the futre... hehe :biggrin:

Mybe Dr.Task was in an outrage when his R.O.T 13 sentinel module was destroyed
by mutants.
So he decided to do a new type of Sentinel's either R.O.T 11 or 12 and he modified it
with a new rage type program.

Think i'll teach you some understanding of how to interprete TMyApp's post !

TMyApp : has never lied to us but has always been given us lots of hints, but many many many incvluding me, has many times never really thought of the possibility he makes ! except for nots, i had probably figured out 2/3 of it, yet i wasn'T able to figure it all out !

here is what we know and what we have has HINTS !

- Concerns me as a user and not a player !
- Sentinel is part of marve| which is supposed to be prohibited !
- The Ragind Demon awakenned ! (Akuma becoming the all evil boss to defeat because he cause troubles)
- The story mode locks up before telling us what hapenned after EVIL RYU and AKUMA'S fight !



now onto what we can conclude of this...
- I'm a sent user, but it concerns me as a user not a player, so it must have nothing to do with the character i'm using as it doesn't concern me as a player !

- marve| has prohibited the marve| characters, so i doubt tmyapp to actually be working on new things for us that includes marve| chars !

- DAWN OF RAGE is the title, the story mode was TO BE CONTINUED, without giving us any hints of the EVIL being gone. So why wouldn't the raging demon be not angry, thus giving him RAGE over the rest ? even worst, why wouldn't RYU has he turned EVIL become the new evil because of his rage over akuma who got over him ?

- TMyApp what has RAGE doing with sent ? that question is rhetorical, the answer is NOTHING AT ALL since a machine cannot have emotions ! and the whole ROT13 was just the name of ENCRYPTION method that was used to encrypt the message. example. do a search on google and type ROT13, you'll see it being used as a name for the 13 letters back or forth routine to encrypt things ! so again, i guess it doesn't have anything to do with sent ! well maybe for us VIP members since we've been waiting for a modified sent since the start !

conclusion :
- Bug Fixes (Evident as hell)
- new helpers (No update ever left them behind so why would they not be in this one as well)
- New Character (Why not, i yet to see any update as big as they are without any surprise character)
- yeah, modified versions of characters for us may be right to be guessed.

again, think straight, but as this is obvious, i know TMyApp enought to tell that those are futilities compared to the big event we'll get !

the rest eludes me, but i'm not gonna guess even more, waiting seems to be the only thing left for us to do !

oh and... i must say, don't say you are right when it comes out... TMyApp in all events ask us to guess as it is the only thing he can do to know without revealing anything, to know what we want and not be deceived byt he update.

EXAMPLE:
we talked alot about the ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE int he game because we were all having enough time with BARNEY the RYU DUMMY who never ever moved one muscles ! so in NOTS he added it as he still had time for it to be added !

that means he didn't had planned it from the startm, he took our guesses and made us happy because of it thus making sure everyone would be happy !

as for the KEN COMMING ALONG... why KEN ? i ask because as far as i remember, he never ever got to the EVIL SIDE ! He actually never went there and was the only thing in between RYU'S madness and the normal RYU !

if you ever saw evil ken like i did, it was made for a certian fighting engine by someone else then capcom, thus making evil ken an inexisting character int he first place ! so i doubt him to be in !

as for GUILE, again, same qwuestion, why him ? because you want it ? well guess what, he won't come in just because you want him to ! it takes More then that to make TMyApp do something in this game !

again, think people, it is obvious, and you all are saying are things we ALREADY KNOW will come in, think bigger cause the big portrait is yet to be drawn here !

hmmmmmm. im interested. it will be a very big update but tmyapp said that we dont EVER know how about it will be big. i think he will add an special section for you ssjkarma but its a supposition. maybe you can do somme event during the game like a storm but i think im wrong. tmyapp said that he do a thing that we cannot know. its surely an update that we dont know and we dont said in all post. btw. im very thinking about this. maybe its will be bad for us and good for you. we dont know.

Master you mean shadow charlie.Since in mvc theres no S.Guile or in any other games.
But in mshvsf Shadow charlie is in a secret player...
I hope TMy adds Shadow Charlie for it can give the game
a new type of fighting style :biggrin: .
Instead of lagging your oppenet to death with projecticles every 2 sec.
With charlie you've have to charge for 2 secs and release for a sonic boom.
Meh I hope TMyApp does add charlie :inlove:

You do realise that this was made known int he movie with VAN DAMME which had STRICKLY nothing to do with the real STREET FIGHTER game we know !

actually, DHalsim and BLNAKA do not actually know each other and have never really be with each other except perhaps for a few street fights !

BLANKA was a child lost in brasil, living int he brasillian jungle made him what he is now !
Dhalsim is a simple guy who likes his family alot and would fight for his family's safety !

Karma don't you recall he Street Fighter Series on USA.

Dalshim was an ex scientist for M.Bison and resorted to a life of passive living.

Blanka was a test subject once by dalshim (I never saw the movie)

In that series Blanka was cured for ONE DAY and hi name was originally charlie and his hair was black on the tV series.

The anime movie series was completely different from the tV series.

i searched the web for 3 days trying to find any other movies or series about STREET FIGHTER, there was none others. so unless that series of yours have been made after the LIVE one, then it isn't valid either as the live movie was a complete junks, they raped all charcaters fromt he SF games and remade them with completely different stories that do not even come close to the SF Games which the movie was suppose to be about !

example:
- Chunli being a reporter (for damn sake she is working for interpole and search bison because he killed her father)
- E HONDA being a cameraman who is with chunli (for damn sake again, he is a championship sumo wrestler, not some hollywood brat)

those are just example, i can go on like this with all charcaters except for FEI LONG which wasn'T int he movie !

so like i said, unless your TV seriews is based on the movie, in no way has blanka been charlie(nash) as in the games they are completely two different person !

Dhalsim is just a SAGE whio happens to fight for his family and practice the art of YOGA, nothing else, he's no scientist and he never worked for bison as he is completely against EVIL !

give me the title of that series you speak of, but i doubt it to be true if it does exists !

The series has came in 1994 while the movie was made in 1995 !
my best guess is that the movie was made because of that series !

in any case, the WEB site i found it on was describing a the whole series and believe me, it was almost identical to the live action movie i saw !

If you finish Street Fighter Alpha 3 with Blanka, it has nothing to do with him being in Bison's lab.. it's about him destroying the place with some other characters.. can't quite remember them.

Time to take yall back to school, remeber when u have a multiple choice test. You use the process of elmination. First of we know thier will be no NEW marve| character in this update. We know its not going to be a very big thing, like DWX. Tmy last post was a big hint, Rage is a emotion. So tell me how can a robot fell rage or emotion? So Sent is out of the picture. A rival of Akuma or one Akuma always wanted to fight with was Gen in the SF Aphla.

Not sure what rage has to do with Gen. But my guess are maybe Saget, M.Bison, E. Sakura and Guile maybe the Juggernaut himself. Ive notice no one brought up S.Guile who appeared as a secret character in marve| vs Capcom. But it could be a new move or more even a new stage added to the game.

really, by the way you speak SBYRD5, TMyApp has already all the charcaters possible in the game already made and ready to be implemented ! that is too much of a dream that you are speaking of. it is simply impossible !

as for TOC4, yes it was the very first OFFICIAL TOURNEY ever created in this world, but really it wasn't produced by TMyApp, he was only giving out prizes ! nthing more ! and you don't know, we will never know if those 3 chars we've seen would have been in there ! it was a simple image and as far as i know, it was simply pasted in ! the charcaters aren't even started yet !

again... that list of character you say are just not possible to be in !
as for the tourney thing...
get this fact staright... TMyApp has already said a few years ago that he will never host any official tournament !
that is a fact... think about it, how can he take time to host a tournament, fix the bugs, go to work to get cash to support this game, and program what he needs to get this game working ?

There is no one on this fourm that has "leaked" to the "Marvle corp." It is almost impossible to even talk to them, and there is no way that you will be able to talk to the leader of the "Marvle Corp." I was reserching yesterday to see what the deal was about "Marvle Corp." and I saw that letter. Nowbubble 1, tell me how many pepole probly tryed to call/e-mail "The Marvle Corp.?" Millions, how many got to talk to any one importent, at the "Marvle Corp.?" None didi not even Tmyapp, could the creater of the game.

I also heard, that the person who leaked works in a Vidio Game Store, and that he orders the games and talks with the "Marvle Corp." If he did work in a game store, he still coulden't talk to any one importint. Why? Because he talks to the game broker, the person who sell's the games to him. The game broker hasen't talked to the head of the "Marvle Corp." in his lifetime I bet.

So, as you can see we won't need to worry about the "Marvle Corp." leak. :D
