I HAVE NOTICED WHEN YOU SIGN UPAND LOGON TWICE THE SECOND TIME YOU LOG ON YUO HAVE ALL OF THE CHARCTERS ON THE ONLINE VERSION THEN WHEN YOU EXIT AND RE-ENTER YOU ONLY HAVE KEN AND RYU

This was mentioned multiple of times. You simply do not have enough wins to unlock all the characters. The default characters are Ken, and Ryu.

This is why you can only choose those 2 characters, and the rest are lcoked.

To unlock every single character, you have to have a total of 40 wins.

make that 45 wins, what u encountered was a bug.

Pretty weird?!I may not be new but I lost my Chun-Li because of that! I had it for a while but when I logged out then back in, I lost her!!! Now I only have Sentanel! Is it something I did?

^^^You didn't do anything wrong. Just try winning another 5 more matches or less, and soon you'll have her.

You won't loose Chun-li unless you have a total of 10 wins.

u losing chun li wasn't the bug but having chun li was the bug ur not suppossed to have all the chars the first time, or maybe tmyapp put it there on purpose so that n00bs can try each char when they first play...
