I have a really a nice idea but I think it may be good but how about if we can have like a chatroom for sfo help for admin's and mods and mods can stay there and help member's with there problem and it willbe fast and easy and how about if people would have to wait in line too. I don't think itshould be a server on sfo. I mean like it will be another chatroom tmyapp makes and it is on the front page of the website where it says fast support or somthing.

hm... it could be nice but i doubt the admins would want to waste their whole day helping people.. :D the thing about waiting in line would be nice but getting help would be abused.. people would ask stupid questions etc..

Why can't good members tell the players where to go?? All you have to say is, click the "help" tab at the main menu. It's not that hard.

And also.. I believe the faq is there on the SFO home page.. isn't it?? :biggrin:

Hey thats what we have the forum for. You can't expect the mods/admins to spend their daily lives here now can you?

or just pm an admin and ask him a question... that way tmy doesnt have to do more work.

No.. if that was the case, then it would be no need for mods. Somethings you can ask mods about.. and there are somethings you gotta ask admins about.

You can't ask a mod to change your SFO password.. you'll have to ask TMyApp that. You can't ask a mod to put your VIP Perks on the forum, you'll have to ask one of the admins that.

things like that ya' know... :biggrin:

this cud work if the admins and mods didnt have lives, well sum of them do i dont knowbut it wud be a gud idea bcuz u will recieve the answer right away
