lag causes that, in a laggy game it may take a while for their health to go down, but the danger warning is very accurate.

but most of the time, the super hits on your screen but not on your opponents, becuase packets of data aren't going as fast as you are fighting.

To reduce lag turn off backrounds, music, and sound also put lag on default high and you can find this in option mode.

vash ya forgot slow connection mode, and you don't have to turn the sound off just the music, sound doesn't change it as much as music will, and sound is really useful when playing, also you may want to disable dashing since (as i know from my own lag) dashing can really screw you up with a laggy computor.

Hes talking about seeing how much health you're losing while a variable is hitting you, not just when you're regularly fighting.

Lagg and some data doesnt get to ur opponent and is lost so no damage is done
