we can't lock it

a lock for universal moves such as "super jump" makes sence (also, because it creates a LOT of lag, and causes a lot of the games to be out of sync)

but we can't lock specific moves for the chars... we can make his "beam" do less/more damage, or to be a bit slower/faster (ie: tweaking the move)... but we can't "lock" it...

The beam is FINE! If anything, it should do MORE damage. If you have so little skill that you get caught in a free win by someone doing that, you shouldn't be playing in the first place :p

I hardly use HP when Im sentinal, close to never, it's easy to duck, and dodge, and your not going to damage the opponent with it.
