IP location - cant go to chatroom

My IP Location number used to be a whole bunch of numbers and now it just says auto. Is this the reason why I cant go on any chatrooms anymore? Do you know how to change it? Also when the IP had the numbers, I challenged people and the synchronizing took so long to the point that gave up on it. Does that happen all the time

The IP should turn into "numbers" as soon as you join a chat room (and it is detected).

As for other problems, it sounds like you are behind a firewall and/or a router :(
