View Full Version : Here is a suggestion - And it got to do with ryu!

Make his hadoken smaller. You cant jump over it, you can't super jump all the time since that limited. His hadoken takes up half the screen. SHinkuu hadoken is fine but his Giant hadoken is a lag shield when fired one after another and its too big to jump over it. So please either make it smaller or maybe add a move that can get through it(akumas teleport can). Not demanding anything I'm just really pissed right nowbecause a kid beat me with plain hadokens and 3 in a row shinkuus. :angryfire: Even when you hit them or start a combo you still get 3 hadokens in your face.

Hey.. nice suggestion.. but I don't think I'll agree with ya..
The size of his hadouken is perfect.. and jumping over it isn't much hastle.. not to talk of super jumping.. :biggrin:
So.. I don't think reducing it would do any good.. it's already easy enough to jump over it..
There's also moves that can go through it... the beams by Sentinel and cyc|ops. :biggrin:

Hadoken is good as it is just another reason to pick ryu :).

i hate ryu his hadoken so i am in that it must be middle it is takin the half of the screen man i hate that do it as the hodoken f akuma that is little to

I don't seem to have a problem with the hadoken at all. The only thing dangerous about it though is that when cheap people use Ryu's hadoken only... :shocked: That's where the problem is. Ryu's hadokens, I think, were being suggested to make them limited...

but where does the limiting of the moves stop. might aswell limit everyones moves that can be cheesy, just don;t play people that do that and you won;t have to worry about that.

if you really want to limit them why not just make the recovery time a lot longer

Blanka let me rephrase some of my suggestions. What I really meant to say is when you jump over it, It's still behind till it fades out. Thats fine, but the oponent is fireing up to 2 sometimes three in a row, when you jump over one you get hit by the other. So what I meant is either make it smaller or maybe a little delay time till you can fire the next one. It's really annoying being beaten by projectiles :( . Oh and dan, It's not a limitation, just a modification. No characters moves should be limited. I'm a lethal close combat fighter but when it comes to a Ryu n00b firing nothing but hadokens i get weak. :(
But anyways since so many of you like the way his hadoken is thats fine then. Topic closed :laughlong:

Just Long Jump to the other side of the screen and get behind him, everytime he fires 3 hadokens in a row. As simple, as that... =/

just use sentinel of cyc|opse, their beam attacks pass straight through hadoukens.
