A new non-sfo related section

I believe it's time we took a step to allow everyone to grow up emotionally in this forum. Everyone has problems, and each problem has answers to them. but people sometimes need help with their problems, or need help understanding why something happens. They need to ask questions to people who they won't mind asking the question to, and recieving an answer from.
So, really, I'm requesting that you add in another section to the Non-SFO related forums, that could be for this purpose. I think the name should either be "Angst" or "The Quiet Place". It's literally for the purpose of helping others who have problems outside the game, that have to do with life.
The request stands as is.

It could be a good idea marve| if the admins make the threads in the forum hidden and only people with power to read it can post in their topics like the forum with the faster wy to pm a mod/admin. The people that should be given power to read it should be the ones that offer good advice, they dont have to be mods or admins.

No, that would not be fair, Dark, and that isn't the point of this. The point to being in there is to discuss problems, or ask for advice. Everyone can give advice, and people who would flame at such things should get their posts deleted or be barred from entering that forum.

i like this idea. the jerks would be a bad side-effect of the section but i can help kingy crucify them with sum flamin of my own. if he wants....

well, i always thought that personnal things shouldn't be talked over the net or even at your job. but it's true that some person has personnal things going on !

maybe that place could also be for all kind of problems reguarding members of the forum and community itself. as in when problems arise between members and or personnal problems in the real life... people could come in and try and solve them !

as in sometimes some members have problems with another and tey just flame the guy in all his topics which doesn't annoyed only the person that is targetted but also allt he other members, in that new section people could try and solve their differences. as well as their real life problems by talking to others !

but i must agree, unless mods and admins of th eplace really do something in their, there won't be any heartbeat going good !

It's not really a good idea to drag problems from the game into a section that's suppposed to be for helping people. The section is really supposed to be for things like... well, for example, this:
Hello.. I have a problem. You see, my mother has been going on this diet for over a year now, where she would only eat tomatoes and celery everyday, every meal. Now, she lost all of the weight that she wanted to lose, but she's still going on the diet. It's becoming really bad now, and she's starting to look really skinny, and she's getting to look scary, and I don't know what to do. Can't someone tell me what I can do to stop her?
If you can read all of this, and understand that it is a serious problem, then this is something that you should understand belongs in the new Forum. The new forum is to help other members if they ask for help, or advice with anything that has to do with their personal lives. but it can really be anything: it can be about their family, where they live, their school life, etc.
Basically, this forum lacks teaching capabilities and help for its members in various situations, both for the game, the forum, and for life. I really think it is time that it started to change. If this game and forum really is just for its members, than this is the next step to truly making it for that purpose.
